The invention relates to a subassembly for securing a grid (10) of a loudspeaker (30) for the interior fittings of a vehicle, the subassembly comprising a wall (25) of a cover (20) defining a housing (219 for a loudspeaker (30) and a grid (10) covering said housing (21) comprising main elastic fixation means (11) that co-operate with the wall (25) of the cover (20), characterised in that the main elastic fixation means (11) co-operate with a first portion of the hosing (21) and in that the subassembly includes secondary retaining means comprising in a lower portion of the housing (21) separate from the first portion, at least one female fixation member (24) at least one male fixation member (13) is inserted. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
