A double layered bone ash storage box and placement structure thereof are provided to contain an auxiliary urn after separating from a main urn. A double layered bone ash storage box comprises a main urn(10) and an auxiliary urn(20). The powdered bone is involved inside the main urn. A settling area(11) is formed at the upper side of the main urn. The settling area takes shapes of a seating groove or a seating hole. The recording medium is kept inside the auxiliary urn. The auxiliary urn is attached to the settling area to be separated from. The double bone ash storage box is laid on a settling step. The settling step comprises a stand and a drawer.
