A manufacturing method of color contact lenses and the color contact lenses manufactured thereby are provided to express a desired color of a pupil, and to offer comfortable feeling without adsorption of protein on the lenses. A manufacturing method of color contact lenses includes the following steps of: rusting a corrosion board after printing a desired shape on the corrosion board; printing a composition for forming a coloration part(300) on the corrosion board; attaching the compound(400) on a silicon pad; printing the silicon pad on a mold to transfer the design consisting of the compound to the mold(100); irradiating UV for 8 - 25 minutes; forming the coloration part by polymerizing the compound; and forming the lenses by applying a polymer on the top of the coloration part.
