A method and a server for transmitting a message with billing information and a terminal thereof are provided to enable a receiver who receives a content provision message to recognize a wireless Internet data charge or the contents charge in advance. A receiver(210) receives a message transfer request signal for the message of the content provision, and a message generator(230) generates a message by corresponding to the message transmission request signal. The message includes the connection information for the reception of the contents and the charge information corresponding to the contents. A transmitter(240) transmits the generated message to a receiving terminal. If the transmitted message is received, the display region of the receiving terminal indicates the charge information.
