STRUCTURE COLOUR OF PHOTONIC CRYSTALS, A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF AND A MANUFACTURING APPARATUS THEREOF

A structure color of photonic crystals, a method of manufacturing thereof and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to facilitate a lamination process by laminating a base element layer after forming a thin film joint. A thin film joint(12) connecting a plurality of basic units is formed at the both sides of the basic unit(11). The basic unit and the thin film joint are formed by nano imprinting technique, and an upper and lower mold are formed identically with the top and bottom of a photonic crystal structure while top and bottom mold are made of one of Si, glass, polymer, quartz or metal.
