A method for allocating a control channel is provided to reduce a map message overhead like a super map and a sub map. A transmitting unit transmits the allocation information about the uplink control channel allocating method and the control channel by transmitting the super map(S501). The transmitting unit transmits the downlink data to a receiving unit and the receiving unit receives the downlink data using the resource allocation information included in the sub map(S502). The receiving unit transmits the control signal to a base station through the uplink control channel indicated by the control channel allocation information(S503). The control information of the transmitting unit is changed by the change of the channel environment while the transmitting unit communicates with the receiving unit(S504). The transmitting unit transmits the super map changed in the second super frame to the receiving unit(S505).
