摘要
本发明为解决因轧延材之翘曲造成之轧延板故障或者因称为表面波纹、全波、小波等之贯穿板宽方向之波状造成之平坦度不良,提供板轧延机及板轧延机之控制方法,本发明之板轧延机包含有上下一对之作业轧辊、分别将前述一对作业轧辊独立驱动之一对电动机;该板轧延机包含有控制机构,该控制机构系其中一电动机以轧辊旋转速度为控制目标值来控制,另一电动机以从以该电动机驱动之作业轧辊施加至轧延材之轧延扭矩约略一定为控制目标,而以驱动扭矩为控制量来控制。
