A boiler using a variable magnetic field generator is provided to prevent the production of foreign materials like scale in the chamber and to thereby protect the liquid in the chamber from contamination. A boiler comprises a chamber(10) storing a liquid, a variable magnetic field generator(20) which is installed outside the chamber and generates a variable magnetic field, a water inlet(30) which is connected to the chamber and let the liquid flow into the chamber, a water outlet(40) which is connected to the chamber and let the liquid in the chamber flow out, and a controller(50) controlling the flow rate of the chamber while regulating the operation of the variable magnetic field generator.
