A pipe coupler and a pipe coupler manufacturing method are provided to streamline manufacturing processes by integrally forming a connection part on a body part forming the pipe coupler and reduce the manufacturing cost. A pipe coupler comprises an annular body part(20), a flange guide part(22), and a connection part. In the annular body part, one side is opened and the annular body part has fixed width and length. In the flange guide part, the center area is protruded in a longitudinal direction of the body part. A pair of connection parts are formed at the both ends of the body part and are folded in the protruded direction of the flange guide part.
