The invention relates to the equipment for dosing and packaging of loose and powder products and can be used in the food, chemical and medical industries. The mechanism for meter feeding with sleeves comprises a cylindrical feeder (11), wherein there are stacked sleeves (3) and a pneumatic or hydraulic mechanism (5) for feeding the sleeve (3) from the stack, including a cylinder (4) with piston (7), joined with a rod (8), on the end of which it is articulately fixed a plate (9), forming a fork, for detachment of one sleeve (3) from the stack, articulately joined with an articulated lever (12), retaining the sleeves (3) from the free fall. The meter (1) is made rotary, with a certain number of nests (2) for sleeves (3) and is connected to the rod (8) of the piston (7). The plate (9) of the fork can be articulately fixed in the upper or lower part of the rod (8).
