<p>Disclosed is a use of a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of lamellar bodies in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease or a condition characterized by a preponderance of mucous secretions wherein said condition is selected from the group consisting of Otitis Media, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis, sinusitis, nasal congestion, asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hepato-biliary disorders, pancreatic and reproductive tract disorders and mucositis.</p> |
