Provided is a coagulating agent which is used less than coagulating agents on the market, produces sediment after coagulation as chemical material capable of disposing food waste, and contributes to the protection of earth environment by allowing treated wastewater to conform to environmental standards. A coagulating agent comprises 1 to 3% by weight of a natural organic acid, 40 to 55% by weight of aluminum ammonium sulfate, 7 to 10% by weight of sodium aluminum sulfate, 8 to 15% by weight of acrylamide polymer having an average molecular weight of 9,000,000 to 10,000,000, and 20 to 25% by weight of sodium carbonate having a pH adjusting value in the vicinity of 6.5 to 7.5. The natural organic acid is selected from citric acid, lactic acid, and ferrous lactate. |
