The device has a marking insert (24) forming a breaking line in one of mutually opposite ends of an ampoule. Marking inserts (14, 16) form a breaking line in a body of the ampoule. A rupturing unit is formed of a passage used to receive the ends of the ampoule and holes, and ruptures the ampoule along the former breaking line. A rupturing unit is formed of a passage used to receive the body of the ampoule and holes, and ruptures the ampoule along the latter breaking line.
