A leak testing method of a pinion housing with a power steering for a car is provided to reduce processes of assembly and disassembly for inspection by testing pinion housing without assembly as one item. A leak testing method of a pinion housing with a power steering for a car comprises following steps. A valve hole blocking member is formed by blocking a valve hole of the pinion housing without the leakage of the oil in a sealing form. A valve tube blocking member is formed and blocks the valve hole and the valve tube. A valve port blocking member blocks and seals a plurality of valve ports without leakage of oil(S2). The valve hole blocking member is installed at the valve hole of the pinion housing(S3). The valve port blocking member is installed at the valve port to prevent the leakage of oil(S4). The valve hole is blocked with valve hole blocking member in case fluid pressure applying pressure with sealing the valve port. The valve port is blocked with the valve port blocking member to seal the inside and the pressurized fluid pressure oil is supplied.
