An optical lighting film and a light pipe using the same are provided to add a color temperature-compensating material to the optical lighting film and to compensate the color temperature of a separated region from a light source in order for the light pipe to emit lights uniformly. An optical lighting film comprises a first surface, a second surface and a color temperature-compensating material. The first surface is configurated. The second surface faces toward the first surface. The color temperature-compensating material is inputted on one surface among the first surface and second surface or inputted between the first surface and the second surface.
