A system for optimizing an intelligence device automatically and solving a problem of the device and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to solve a problem occurring in an intelligence device automatically without specialized knowledge about the device. A method for optimizing an intelligence device automatically and solving a problem of the device comprises the steps of: judging the online state of a communication terminal device(S330); updating a management file of the device by connecting to a file server when the communication terminal device is in an online state; analyzing the necessity of optimization and the problems in the communication terminal device; downloading the files for the problem solving and the optimization from the file server; and performing the problem solving or the optimization for the device(S350,S360).
