A method for detecting bromatotoxin is provided to improve detection velocity, sensitivity, reliability and reproducibility by using a chromic nano-biosensor for poison detection. A method for detecting bromatotoxin comprises the steps of reacting the antigen/gold nanoparticle which is a gold nanoparticle where an antigen is adhered as a poison and the antibody/latex microparticle which is a latex microparticle where the antibody of the antigen is adhered by composite reaction, to check the color by the composite; and adding the antigen which is the poison having the stronger affinity to the antigen of the antigen/gold nanoparticle after the antigen-antibody reaction, to check the color change of the antigen/gold nanoparticle-antibody/latex microparticle composite, thereby detecting the antigen which is bromatotoxin.
