A liquid crystal dropping apparatus is provided to automatize all processes of detecting a liquid crystal dropping fault and repairing the fault. While the liquid crystal dropping is progressed by a liquid crystal supply part by the movement of a nozzle, a sensor(130) for detecting a fault determines whether a liquid crystal dropping fault exists at a lower side of the nozzle. After the liquid crystal dropping is finished, a repairing sensor(140) moves to a position where the liquid crystal dropping fault exists, and then calculates the amount of insufficient liquid crystal. A controller(150) controls a liquid crystal supply unit so that the liquid crystal dropping can be performed as much as the amount of insufficient liquid crystal. |
