摘要 <p>Described is a spherical-shaped apparatus for heating liquids and gases by solar radiation, which includes a sphere preferably made of reinforced acrylic (11) that includes in the inner portion thereof a conical-shaped metallic copper coil (10) useful for absorbing the solar heat and transmitting the same to a fluid flowing therein. The sphere is located over a thermal tank (30) made of black sheets in order to capture the solar heat during the day; the advantage of the invention is that the coil contains a greater amount of water, also using fluid dynamics, hydraulics and mechanics principles described in the operation chapter. The reinforced acrylic sphere is cold-extruded in two equal portions, including a flange to be mounted. The copper-tube coil (10) is conically rolled in two parts and filled with silica sand so that the same is not sucked, the sand being removed and terminals (9 and 12) welded in both threaded end portions of the tube. The black-sheet thermal tank is cold-roll ed, welded to curved caps (39), cold-extruded, including cold-extruded side couplings, two couplings being welded at the upper portion thereof in an opposite manner (14 and 17) and two welded at the lower portion thereof in an opposite manner as well (4 and 6). The tank includes supports (18) welded at the lower portion thereof so as to be raised from the floor in order to clean the area where it is located; at the upper portion of the tank a further cold-extruded metallic cap is located in an inverted manner for locating the sphere, where a sheet (40) is welded so as to cover the space between the two caps.</p>
