The device (1) has a rubber apron (5) covering an external part of a semi-cut, and a body (3) completely penetrated into the semi-cut. The body has fixing pins (4, 4') that are cooperated with longitudinal side parts of the semi-cut. Longitudinal surfaces of the body have a bevel (7) for facilitating an internal water evacuation passage by lifting the apron in a zone in which the pins are observed. A stiffener (6) connects a median part of the body to the apron.
