The invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and is meant for treating the migratory periodontitis. The method for treating the migratory periodontitis consists in that there are preliminarily removed the dental deposits, it is carried out treatment of teeth affected by caries and complications thereof, there are changed the fillings, having overhanging margins, there are restored the contact points, there are prepared the parodontal pockets, it is carried out the surgical flap operation. Within 1...2 months after operation it is carried out the orthodontal treatment, consisting in that firstly there are fixed the brackets on the vestibular surface of teeth, it is tightened between them and the molar on each side a metal ligature wire, embracing the teeth in the form of eight and it is squeezed the wire in the intersection places thereof. On the lingual part of the abutment and turned teeth it is fixed the bracket or the button, at the same time the element, fixed to the turned tooth, is installed closer to its part turned toward the lingual part. As abutment tooth is chosen the tooth placed more laterally about the tooth part turned toward the lingual part and it is fixed between the elements of the abutment and turned teeth an elastic tieback module. The second elastic tieback module is fixed on the vestibular side with an end to the bracket of the turned tooth and with the second end to the bracket of the tooth placed on the opposite side from the abutment tooth. After closure of interdental spaces and derotation of the turned teeth it is carried out the prosthetics, then the splintage.
