An air cleaner is provided to remove mold fungi, bacteria and the like remained in the HEPA filter by coating the surface of a HEPA filter with a photocatalyst and improve the deodorization function of the air cleaner by installing a light source part accelerating a function of decomposing the photocatalyst. An air cleaner comprises: a body part(20) in which indoor air flows, and from which purified air is exhausted; an activated carbon filter(60) disposed in a filter receiving part(24) of the body part; a HEPA filter(50) which is disposed on the back side of the activated carbon filter and has a photocatalyst coated on the surface thereof; and a light source part(40) accelerating photocatalytic decomposition of odor of the HEPA filter. The light source part is disposed on a front side or a back side of the HEPA filter. The light source part is an LED(Light Emitting Diode)(42) or an optical fiber. The light source part is disposed on the back side of the HEPA filter, and the activated carbon filter is additionally disposed on a back side of the light source part.
