The assembly (3) has an inner projecting part (21) arranged on a top surface (23) of a tibial base (5). Longitudinal grooves (31-1, 31-2) are arranged on internal contours of fixed and movable tibial inserts (7-1, 7-2) for cooperating with a longitudinal bar and cylindrical studs (43-1, 43-2) that are extended on top surfaces of the inserts for co-operating with a notch (35). The grooves are assembled on the bar by clipping during introducing of the studs in the notch, where the clipping avoids removal of the grooves and the studs engaged on the bar and the notch, respectively.
