<p>Disclosed is an antibody conjugate of formula m wherein the antibody is a human alphaV integrin subunit specific antibody, wherein said antibody is capable of being internalized by the cell expressing said alphaV subunit; wherein the maytansinol is esterified at C-3; R1, R2, X1 and X2 are independently H, Me, C2H5 linear alkyl or alkenyl having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl having from3 to 10 carbon atoms, phenyl, substituted phenyl, or a heterocyclic aryl moiety, or a heterocycloalkyl moiety; n is 1-5; p is 1-5; and m is 1 to 10, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters thereof.</p> |
