Provided is an intraparietal reinforcing device adapted to be integrated into a biological valvular prosthesis consisting of a biological cardiac valve in which the valve is composed of a tubular outside wall, three leaflets integral with the tubular outside wall at their outside end and each of the leaflets having essentially triangular and vertical commissures, with the device adapted to be placed inside the organic tissue of this cardiac valve, and consisting of a base and a stabilizing part mounted on the base which is designed to be inserted into the tubular external wall of the cardiac valve and designed to reinforce the structure of the valve in a way to maintain the shape of the cardiac valve after implantation, and wherein the stabilizing part includes at least two intraparietal shafts designed to be inserted into the organic tissue of the cardiac valve, and with these intraparietal shafts positioned on the base in a way that, once the device is in place inside the cardiac valve, they are displaced laterally to the intersection point of the intersection line of the tubular outside wall with the commissurae of the cardiac valve and of the valvular plane of the cardiac valve of the valvular prosthesis.
