<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase control apparatus, phase control method and phase control program for delaying a time until missing or overlapping an output signal. <P>SOLUTION: The phase control apparatus, that outputs a first signal synchronized to a first clock synchronously to a second clock, includes: a frequency difference detecting means for detecting a frequency difference between a first frequency that is a frequency of the first clock, and a second frequency that is a frequency of the second clock; a phase control means for controlling a phase of the first signal on the basis of the detected frequency difference; and an output means to output the phase-controlled first signal synchronously to the second clock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
