<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor that can eliminate malfunctions due to noise and detect an input accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The touch sensor 1 has a first electrode substrate 10 with a first electrode pattern 14 formed and a second electrode substrate 20 with a second electrode pattern 24 formed, in an opposed arrangement in which the electrode patterns face inward. Each electrode substrate 10, 20 is provided with a shield layer 18, 28 of transparent conductive film in a peripheral area flush with the electrode pattern 14, 24. On the shield layer 18, 28, output wiring 15, 25 is formed in electrical connection to the electrode pattern 14, 24, and an opposite electrode 16, 26 is formed at a predetermined clearance to a terminal end of the electrode pattern 14, 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
