<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller capable of easily and surely specifying that a person without change authority made a change of setting permitted by a person with change authority. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature controller 1 for controlling a heater 5 comprises: an operating part 2 having a plurality of switches; a mode switching part 11 switching a mode from a normal use mode to a parameter change mode for changing a setting parameter by the specific operation of the operating part 2; a parameter changing part 12 carrying out change processing for changing the setting parameter by the operation of the operating part 2 with switched to the parameter change mode; and a history storage part 14 storing the change history of the changed setting parameter together with information on at least time.
