PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device, data management method and data management program capable of simply performing conversion to a predetermined format. SOLUTION: A data display device is a data management device for converting time series history data into a file of a predetermined format and managing the file and includes a displaying part 13 for displaying the time series history data in a tabular format, an inputting part 12 capable of designating a direction of arrangement of the time series history data, start date and time, tick time, and a start cell position, a conversion pattern storing part 22 for storing a conversion pattern in which an item designated by the inputting part 12 is defined, and a processing part 11 for converting the time series history data into a file of the predetermined format.
