摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect voltage level of a battery in a situation where a device not constant in power consumption of a mechanism, a motor mechanism or the like is used. SOLUTION: Voltage of the battery is measured while the device is not operated (steps S402-S403), and when the measured voltage is larger than a low level, a voltage value by arithmetic average is calculated to determine the voltage level (steps S406-S408). Voltage is successively measured while applying voltage from the battery to a load circuit, and a predicted voltage is calculated from the measured voltage and the voltage measured in step S402 (steps S409-S413). The voltage level is determined based on the calculated predicted voltage (step S414).
