PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture an L-shaped structure member using channel steel or angle steel as a material without deteriorating a working environment. SOLUTION: Both flange parts of the channel steel are bent inside the channel steel by taking two straight lines I<SB>2</SB>and I<SB>3</SB>as tops which extend in directions at right angles from a point at which an intersecting line of the flange part and a web part of the material channel steel 7 intersects a straight line vertical to the longitudinal direction of the channel steel until the two straight lines abut to each other. Then, the web part is bent at right angles to a flange part forming side. When the material is the angle steel, one side is bent until the two straight lines as the tops abut to each other and the other side is bent at right angles to one side forming part.
