PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a manual operation ring with constant operation torque without backlash and to make space efficiency and assemblability satisfactory. SOLUTION: A zoom operation ring 10 is positioned to a fixed cylinder 6 with a bayonet structure, thereby minimizing backlash of the manual operation ring in the direction of an optical axis. A dimension A from the optical axis of a rubber member 13 disposed on the bayonet pawl 10a for the zoom operation ring 10 to the outside diameter of the rubber member and a dimension B from the optical axis of the top part of a circumferential wall forming the bayonet groove 6a of the fixed cylinder 6 to that outside diameter are set to be A>B. Setting the dimensions A>B makes the bayonet claw 10a be pressed into the bayonet groove 6a in the direction of the optical axis and a radial direction at the same time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
