PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a memory mounted on a liquid-crystal driving IC adaptive to dot sequential driving, to make the memory high in operating speed and low in power consumption, and to easily achieve reading with high flexibility. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device having the memory includes: a first latch circuit LA1 which latches data stored in first memory cell groups MC1 to MC120 or second memory cell groups MC121 to MC240 together at a time; a second latch circuit LA2 which latches the data stored in the first latch circuit together at a time; a transfer control circuit 301 which controls transfer of the data from the first latch circuit to the second latch circuit; an output control circuit 303 to output data from the first latch circuit or second latch circuit in column units; and a readout control circuit which controls operations of the transfer control circuit and column output control circuit.
