PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pyrazole-benzimidazole derivatives useful for treating or preventing various diseases including cancer as inhibitors of KDR receptors. SOLUTION: Compounds is represented by formula (IAb) [wherein Ab is a substituted pyrazol-3-yl group, and the other substituents A1b, A2b, A3b, A4b, and A5b are as defined in the specification]. The compounds of the formula (IAb) may possibly be isomeric forms including racemates, enantioisomers or diastereoisomers and/or may be any possible adducts of the compounds of formula (IAb) with inorganic acids and organic acids or with inorganic bases and organic bases.
