PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick type package which prevents a content from being scattered or remaining at the time of unsealing, enables the top section in the longer edge direction, the bottom section and the unsealing direction to be recognized by touching, is easily unsealed, and does not injure a human body by the external corner section of the sealed section or does not damage the product itself. SOLUTION: This long-sized stick type package 1 consisting of longer edges and shorter edges has a back pasting section, first and second sealed sections 3a and 3b, and a bag section 2. The outer periphery of the sealed section has a root section which defines the boundary to the bag section 2, two corner sections, and a central section which connects the space between the corner sections. The stick type package 1 has a lug which extends to the outside from the outer periphery of the first sealed section. The external corner sections of the first and second sealed sections 3a and 3b are formed into a curved line shape. The width of the first sealed section 3a in the longer edge direction is formed to be wider than the width of the second sealed section 3b.
