PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ECU node in which rewriting processing for a storage area is surely performed even if the rewriting processing for the storage area is interrupted, and also to provide a method of rewriting the storage information of the ECU node. SOLUTION: In this method of rewriting the storage information of the ECU node, a slave side routing program S_RTNpro and a slave side boot program S_BOOTpro are stored in the flash memory rom of a slave ECU. Even if one of these programs is broken, the slave side rewriting program S_EPVpro is started using the other normal program, and the rewriting processing for all areas in the flash memory rom of the slave ECU can be performed.
