PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope operation device highly flexible in the selection of a rotation operation position of a bending operation knob, and excellent in the operability. SOLUTION: An endoscope bends the bending part of an insertion part distal end by the rotating operation of the bending operation knob which is arranged in an operation part. The bending operation knob of the endoscope operation device includes: a lower surface part facing the operation part; an upper surface part facing the opposite direction of the operation part; an outer peripheral surface part connecting the upper surface part to the lower surface part; and an upper surface finger hook part which is arranged in the upper surface part and composed of a projection or a recession.
