The object has a control and regulating device for stabilization of a boat for balancing of instability due to increase of center of gravity of an object e.g. boat, that protrudes from water. A tunnel exhibits a separation wall or boundary device (R) that runs in a longitudinal direction parallel to a driving direction. Drive devices i.e. motors (M), are arranged in or at tunnels or in a surrounding area of the tunnel. The boundary device lies still beyond a water line at a deepest position in sections/portions during fast driving of the boat, and conditional lifting out of hulk from water.
