<p>The meter has a sealing member (200) allocated around an arm or wrist of a user, where the member has an inflatable air bag. A pressure sensor (120) detects change of pulse pressure of the user. A change-over switch (170) is used for implementing a change-over between K4-tone and K5-tone. A microprocessor (140) receives a command from the change-over switch, and the pressure sensor controls according to the command and calculates measured value. A display (150) displays the measured value and a switching condition of the switch.</p>
