<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the problem that the new method not causing disadvantage for reusing after not using for a long period ink even though the ink of the printed matter quickly dries because fingers or others are stained when rubbing an image face because the ink hardly infiltrates into paper in the printed matter immediately after printing since the ink not hardening and drying at all though leaving the ink in air is used to make it easy to use next time even though the not using condition lasts long after the completion of printing in a stencil printing device. <P>SOLUTION: Instruction not to leave a plate cylinder after completion of printing as it is and to store a printing drum unit in the closed type storing space exclusive for a printing drum arranged in an exclusive table is shown in the display section of the printing device body. In the case of leaving the plate cylinder as it is automatic cleaning is carried out after a predetermined time lapses. The exclusive table has the function of checking the storing period of the drum unit and the display is shown to carry out cleaning when a predetermined period lapse.
