<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record/view digital broadcasts by using a video deck which is not adaptable to digital broadcasts, without using a conversion adaptor, even though a tuner having adaptor function for converting a digital broadcast into an analog broadcast is conventionally required. <P>SOLUTION: In a digital broadcast receiving apparatus, a channel selection information detection apparatus comprises a unique signal generation part for generating a unique signal which is different for each broadcasting station; a modulation part for combining modulation waves in all broadcasting stations; an RF output part for outputting the modulation signal to a video deck as an RF signal; and a broadcasting station determining part for obtaining user's channel selection information, and is characterized in that only the digital broadcasting wave of a selected broadcasting station is converted into analog broadcasting waves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
