<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for color filters which ensures a small amount of impurity ions eluted and hardly causes liquid crystal contamination and display unevenness when used in a liquid crystal display device, a color filter using the same, and a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored composition for color filters contains (A) a photopolymerizable monomer, (B) a resin binder, (C) a polymerization initiator, (D) a colorant and (E) a solvent, wherein the resin binder (B) contains a thermosetting resin prepared by reacting a melamine resin with a compound containing an isocyanate group and/or an acid anhydride, and when a cured product of the photosensitive colored composition is subjected to elution with N-methylpyrrolidone, sodium ions are eluted in an amount of ≤3 ng/cm<SP>2</SP>and calcium ions are eluted in an amount of ≤1 ng/cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
