PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a high definition high band image with little moire.

SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with: an edge direction determination part 41 which determines the direction of an edge of an image from an RGB bayer image signal; a Y edge signal generation part 42 which generates a Y edge signal from RGB components of the RGB bayer image signal; a G edge signal generation part 43 which generates a G edge signal from a G component of the RGB bayer image signal; a YG mixing rate calculation part 44 which calculates mixing rate between the Y edge signal and the G edge signal from a determination result of the edge direction determination part 41; and a YG mixing part 45 which mixes the Y edge signal and the G edge signal based on the mixing rate to generate a high band image signal of an RGB color image signal.
