PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a picking error of a patient's bio-sample, to clarify where the responsibility of an accident lies, to achieve automation, labor saving and space saving of processes for fixation and transfer of a sample, collation, reception and extraction of an analyte sample, medical solution treatment such as dehydration/degreasing/clearing/penetration of an embedding agent, specimen preparation, and storage, management and retrieval of block sample data from the time of extraction of the patient's sample, and to attain accuracy management and a reduction of medical waste. SOLUTION: A specimen treatment container (a medical solution treating basket and a slicing embedding block support base) separated from the clinical sample extraction side, and an independent specimen preparation instrument for an embedding plate are independently separated into unit system composite components to form a constitutive unit of instruments used in all operation processes of reception from a sample fixing transfer container, specimen preparation and storage, management and retrieval of the block sample, thus proposing a specimen preparation/management system for moving a common unit constitution forming body integrally with the patient's sample to form an information transmission body (a messenger) with the patient's sample and patient data always moving integrally in all operation processes of storage, management and retrieval of the medical solution treating basket, the embedding block sample and sample data from a sample fixing transfer container when extracting the patient's sample.
