PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel which has a three-dimensional design, can be easily constructed by a dry method, and is excellent in productivity, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In the panel, a substrate layer is applied with an acrylic sol composition to be subjected to patterning and hot molding, and then applied with a synthetic resin coating material to form a coating film. In the manufacturing method of the panel, the substrate layer is applied with the acrylic sol composition to be molded, and then applied with the synthetic resin coating material to form the coating film.
