PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collector which enables rotation of a cover part covering a hanging cylinder connected to a chute opening and can mount the covering part by restricting the rotation at a position blindfolding the hanging cylinder with a good appearance. SOLUTION: The water collector 1 comprises the cylindrical hanging cylinder 2 connected to the chute opening 13, and the cover part B. A locking flange part 21 is installed along the outer peripheral surface of the hanging cylinder 2. A plurality of locking projections 22 are installed at regular intervals above the locking flange part 21. The cover part B comprises a ring part 3 connected to the hanging cylinder 2 and a decorative cover part 4 surrounding the ring part 3 and connected to it by a plurality of ribs 5. Locking recessed parts 32 respectively fitting the locking projections 22 are formed in the upper part of the inner peripheral surface of the ring part 3.
