PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside heat insulation structure which eliminates the risk of breakage of a vacuum heat insulation material, and allows an anchor bolt for mounting the vacuum heat insulation material to simultaneously double as unevenness adjustors and covering material mounting members. SOLUTION: According to the outside heat insulation structure, the vacuum heat insulation material is located outside a skeleton of a building, and a covering material 5 is located outside the vacuum heat insulation material. The outside heat insulation structure is formed of: the anchor bolts set on the skeleton; the vacuum heat insulation material having through-holes formed therein, for penetrating the anchor bolts therein; the unevenness adjustors attached to outside edges of the anchor bolts, respectively; the covering material mounting members attached to the unevenness adjustors, respectively; and the covering material mounted on the covering material mounting members. The vacuum heat insulation material has the through-holes penetrated from a front surface to a rear surface, and has pressure bearing plates each arranged on the periphery of an open edge of the through-hole, for receiving fastening pressure of a mounting nut.
