PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an act fraudulently removing a storage medium from an electronic circuit board. SOLUTION: This electronic circuit board is provided with a projection 41 on a base member 37, and formed with a through-hole 41a on the projection 41. A fixing part 40 integrally molded with the base member 37 is fixed with the base end 39a of a string 39. The tip 39b of the string 39 is provided with a locking member 43. The projection 41 is press-inserted from the side of the rear face 34d of a board body 34 into a first hole 34b of the board body 34 to attach the base member 37 to the board body 34. The locking member 43 is drawn out of the side of the rear face 34d of the first board 34 to the side of a packaging surface 34a through a second hole 34c, then, inserted in the through-hole 32a, passing through the projection 41 and engaged with an edge 38e to unseparably connect the tip 39b of the string 39 to the base member 37.
