PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of thinning the thickness when folding a seat without affecting an occupant's feeling of seating. SOLUTION: A first shaft part 32 is attached to a connection part 30 of a seat cushion frame 28. A support part 42 is provided at a lower side frame 22 fixed to a seat back frame 20 and the support part 42 has a first insertion through-hole 42A where the first shaft part 32 is inserted. The first shaft part 32 is formed with a male screw part 32A, and the first insertion through-hole 42A is formed with a female screw part 42B where the male screw part 32A is threadedly engaged. A second shaft part 36 is attached to a link 34, a support part 44 provided in a lower arm 18 has a second insertion through-hole 44A where the second shaft part 36 is inserted. The second shaft part 36 is formed with a male screw part 36A and the second insertion through-hole 44A is formed with a female screw part 44B where the male screw part 36A is threadedly engaged.
