PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the movement of a seat cushion when a predetermined impact load is applied thereto in a vehicular seat supported to a vehicle body side via a link. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat 10 is provided with the link 30 for connecting a bracket 28 to a seat cushion frame 26, wherein, in a regular operation, the link 30 is swung about a link pin 32 in the vehicle front/rear direction. This vehicular seat 10 has a movement device 40 which has a first tapered part 42A formed at a bracket 42 of a seat cushion frame 26, and a second tapered part 44A formed at a bracket 44 of the link 30 and, when the predetermined impact load is applied thereto, moving the link 30 outward in the vehicle width direction. The link 30 is provided with a stopper 46 interfering the link 30 when the link 30 is moved outward the vehicle width direction, outward in the vehicle width direction in the front side of vehicle.
